Job Description:
Allegiant Biotech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s sales operations in the assigned region.
This role requires an experienced individual with strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on outstanding dues.
Coordinate with marketing, distribution, and other departments to align sales objectives.
Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Conduct regular training sessions and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with the geographical regions of Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Lakhimpur, and Nagaon is preferred.
